Moreover, there are some important mainframes or fields in our country, such as civil aviation aircraft, high-speed railway passenger cars, high-grade cars, computers, air conditioners, imported major equipment and so on. With the development of the times, many industries have their own development technology. Speaking of these industries, we are familiar with them. In recent years, many new processing methods have appeared in our common processing industries. For example, the forging industry that we can come into contact with can be regarded as one of the best. There are many things we need to know when we use these forging processes, among which alloy steel flanges forging is one of the most commonly used ones. Let's have a brief look at its technological requirements. When using steel plate or section steel, the following requirements must be met: steel plate should be inspected by ultrasonic wave without delamination defect; the butt weld of ring should be heat treated after welding, and 100% ray or ultrasonic inspection should be done, and the ray inspection meets the grade II requirements of JB4730, and the ultrasonic inspection meets the grade I requirements of JB4730. It should be cut into strips along the rolling direction of the steel, welded into rings by bending and butt welding, and make the surface of the steel to form a cylindrical surface of the rings. No steel plate can be directly machined into necked flange. The calculation method of flange (suitable for large and small apertures with smaller difference in size and larger fan radius): According to the diameter and height of the aperture, the taper oblique length (i.e. the fan radius) can be calculated, then the fan angle can be calculated according to the fan radius and arc length (which can be circumference or half circumference, etc.), and then the tangent length can be calculated according to the angle and radius, and then the tangent can be divided into several equal parts according to the actual needs. Dimensions from different equivalents to tangents are then connected point by point. Stainless steel flange has good pressure resistance, good temperature and pressure resistance, good flexibility and heat resistance, and its advantages are much better than other plastic pipes. Stainless steel flanges are easy to install and have good thermal conductivity. They are suitable for floor heating systems. Flanged pipes have excellent impact strength. They can be welded and mechanically connected, and have excellent heat conductivity. Stainless steel flange is made of steel plate. After cutting the steel plate into material according to the requirements, it is punched into a circle by punching die. Two halves are then joined and welded. After pushing, the flange should be shaped in this hot state. Stainless steel flange has more flaw detection and heat treatment processes than other forged pipe fittings in the manufacturing process.
